Introduction

yourproperty.lk is an open venue for advertisers to post any advertisement related to property sales/lettings in Sri Lanka. The website yourproperty.lk (the "Website") is owned and operated by A TO Z SOLUTIONS (PVT) LTD ("we" or "us"). We are not involved in the content of the advertisements, the products or services being sold through the advertisements, or actual transactions between buyers and sellers through the advertisements. Therefore, we have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the items offered, or the truth or accuracy of the listings.

Our Services

Our main service is listing the advertisements posted by advertisers. Contacting an advertiser or reserving their services will be at your own discretion. Once you have contacted the advertiser directly via email, whatsapp or telephone, your contact with yourproperty.lk will cease to exist.

Note: yourproperty.lk reserves the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to refuse/delete/remove any advert for any reason or no reason. Such action will be taken mainly on adverts that violate the Terms and Conditions, use inappropriate language, or spam the site.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute that arises in connection with the reservation/purchase or sale of services/products which were displayed on yourproperty.lk is solely between the Buyer (person who purchased the service directly from the Seller) and Seller (person who sold/offered the service directly to the Buyer). We will not mediate any such dispute between Buyer and Seller, and cannot be held liable for any claim of loss, damages, or wrongdoing on behalf of either the Buyer or Seller.

yourproperty.lk does not vet the advertisers, guarantee their services, or take responsibility for services provided by the advertisers.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will yourproperty.lk be liable for any indirect / consequential / special / incidental or punitive damages, including without limitation liability for negligence for any damages whatsoever resulting from any use of or inability to use this website, loss of profit, loss of data, arising out of, based on, or resulting from this agreement or your use of the service, even if yourproperty.lk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. yourproperty.lk cannot be held liable for any contents on the website.

Release of Liability

By using the website of yourproperty.lk, Buyer and Seller hereby release yourproperty.lk, its affiliate and subsidiary companies, its vendors, agents, and employees from any claims, liability, or causes of action related to or arising from the sale, purchase, posting, or submission.

Service Continuity & Accuracy

yourproperty.lk does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted and error-free, or your data will not be lost, or that defects in the service will be corrected. The pages contained in this website may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors. We accept no responsibility for keeping the information in these pages up to date or liability for any failure to do so.

Policy on False Information: If you make postings to yourproperty.lk knowingly providing false details, fake or bogus property ads, or impersonating another party, we reserve the right to pass your details to the aggrieved third party, their agents, or any law enforcement agency and ban you from the site.

User Responsibility

By using the Site, you agree that you will be solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to us for use by others, accept sole responsibility for any communication with Users or other User or participants, you will only use this Site for lawful purposes in accordance with our terms and conditions, agree to honor our intellectual property rights, and agree to provide us with accurate information as necessary to the proper conduct and to take responsibility for the information you provide.

If you are dissatisfied with the service, you do not agree with any part of this agreement or the service, then your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service.
